This will enable you to run flat track style tires on your Harley.

If you are installing this on a2000-2003 Sportster you will need to use a 1999-olderstyle flat sprocket or pulley as well as a 1999-older style brake rotor. Your 2000-2003 sprocket/pulley & rotor have too large of center locating holes to fit properly.
