The Mid USA peanut tank is great throwback to the Wassell gas tank styling of the 1960s. If you’re building a chopper or bobber reminiscent of that era, this could be the tank for you. This custom motorcycle gas tank has a deep tunnel to sit low on your backbone, much like the original British Wassell tank configuration.

• Approximately 1.8 gallon capacity
• Tank dimensions are 8 1/4″ wide and 14 1/2″ long
• End of tab to end of tab is 17″ long
• 2-1/8″ wide tunnel
• Tanks have a 3/8″ NPT petcock bung on right side and two 1/4″ NPT petcock bungs in the rear of the tank
• The dual 1/4″ NPT bungs are the answer when running dual carburetors on your engine
• Uses late model screw-in style gas cap. Throttle Addiction Part #1132
• Note: will not fit 2004 and later Sportsters due to tunnel width. Will not work on XS-650s because it will hit the top motor mounts.
