UNIVERSAL plate to fit top cases ByHEPCO BECKER

This bracket is included with all “Universal Series” top cases

If you see the base plate has grooves and clips that come along with the base plate.

If you have a rack ( tubed or otherwise) then you install the base plate on the rack using the clips( u-bolts) and the plate. Once the universal plate is installed then the universal top cases can be slided on the this base plate to safely secure the top case!
