Even though these tanks are pressure tested from the factory. We recommend sealing any custom tank withKreem Tank Sealer (Part #105-0002) before painting. It is cheap insurance and we use it on every bike that we build. Also, assure there is no stress on the tank or mounting hardware when the tank is mounted. We highly recommend using part #104-0091 gas tank mounting kit for proper installation.
