The Triumph Tank Pad Kit A9790152 includes a self-adhesive, durable rubber tank pad which protects the tank from zip scuffs and general wear. The pad features Triumph branding and compliments the lines of the fuel tank.

Compatibility

This tank pad fits the following Triumph motorcycle models:

• STREET TRIPLE RS – VIN BF1297 onwards
• STREET TRIPLE R – VIN BF1297 onwards
• STREET TRIPLE Moto2 Edition

Triumph use the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to check compatibility of a part or accessory with a bike. Specifically, it is the last 6 of the VIN that are of interest. The VIN can be found in a number of places, but usually you’ll be able to it on a plate attached to the bike, stamped on to the frame or in the documentation that came with your bike.

It may be the case that a part or accessory may only be compatible with bikes up to a VIN number (> 123456), with a particular VIN range (123456 > 987654) or from a VIN number (123456 >)
